CrackTech Limited (RJSC Registration No.: C-180637) operates the services of three platforms — Live MCQ, Live Written and Medical Higher Study — through Android and iOS apps and websites.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of the personal information we receive from users of CrackTech Limited. The personal information you provide is used only to deliver and improve the services of our sites and apps. By using the sites/apps mentioned above and agreeing to our policy, you consent to the collection and use of this information. We ask you for certain personal information only to contact you or to identify you. Like many other sites, the log data we collect when you log in to our app/site includes:

• The user's / login name
• The user's / login email
• The user's / login phone number
• General information from the user's / login profile

We use third-party services such as various APIs from Google Firebase and Facebook. These services collect email and username to identify users, and use that information to provide you with our services.

Your personal information will not be disclosed anywhere else.

When you contact our support team, we may need to use your personal information to verify or identify you in order to ensure complete service. Your personal information is not used for any purpose other than improving our services.

Data security

The security of your personal information is very important to us; however, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is ever 100% secure. Nevertheless, we strive to use all commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information. You should know that the information we collect from you is obtained only through secure means such as Google and Facebook services — for example, Firebase and the Facebook API. In other words, we have built our system while maintaining the standard of data security.

Data deletion request

When you log in to our app or site using a Facebook, Google or Apple account, we store the following information:

1. The public name shown on the profile.
2. The email provided in the public profile (if the user permits).

This information is kept private and can only be seen by you (the user).

However, if you wish to delete the personal information stored on our server or system, please contact us through the email provided for the service.

Updates, changes and revisions to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy has been effective since 25 February 2017 and was last updated on 31 January 2023. In the interest of improving and modernizing CrackTech Limited's services, specific provisions or the entire policy may be changed or revised in the future, and such changes will take effect immediately upon being updated on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or revise this Privacy Policy at any time, and you should review this Privacy Policy periodically and provide your consent. By continuing to use our service after any revision or change is made to this Privacy Policy, you signify your acknowledgment of the changes and your consent to abide by the revised Privacy Policy.

If any change, revision or update is made to our Privacy Policy, you will be notified through the email you provided to us, or through a special notice on our website or app.

Product purchase policy

• Users can purchase regular packages of various durations by paying the applicable fees to enjoy the exams and all other services of the three platforms — Live MCQ, Live Written and Medical Higher Study. Once a package purchase is completed, the fee is not refundable thereafter.
• For any service purchase from CrackTech Limited, the official payment gateways of banks and mobile-banking channels are used for financial transactions. Therefore, any transaction on our app or site is completely secure.
• If there is an error in a question in an exam held on our app or site, it is generally corrected within the next 12 hours. Correcting a wrong question or answer, or cancelling a question, has no bearing on a fee refund. That is, once a package is purchased, the fee is considered non-refundable under any circumstances.
• In order to provide proper service to users, CrackTech Limited reserves the right to change, revise and amend the exam routine or curriculum at any time.

Refund policy

• In any situation involving fraud or a breach of decency, CrackTech Limited has full authority to ban any user involved in such a violation. In that case, the remaining portion of the user's subscribed package (in terms of time or duration) will be refunded to the user.
• Except for the situation above, any payment made on the three platforms — Live MCQ, Live Written and Medical Higher Study — is non-refundable, unless there is evidence that we were unable to provide the service the user paid for (in this case, the exam questions).
• When new services are added to CrackTech Limited, this Refund Policy will be changed if necessary.
