About the role
CrackTech Limited is a technology company that builds digital products used by millions — starting with Live MCQ™, and now a growing portfolio across learning, publishing, and consumer technology.
We are looking for a thoughtful, analytical, and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who can support both technical and non-technical hiring in a fast-paced, knowledge-driven technology company.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand hiring requirements, source quality candidates, screen profiles analytically, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to joining coordination.
- Handle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates from LinkedIn, Facebook groups, job portals, professional networks, tech communities, and other relevant talent channels.
- Screen CVs based on role-specific skills, experience, communication ability, and alignment with company values.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, assignments, and viva sessions with relevant departments.
- Maintain recruitment database, hiring tracker, candidate pipeline, and interview status updates.
- Prepare hiring reports, sourcing analysis, recruitment funnel updates, and recruitment analytics for management.
- Support offer discussions, salary negotiation, joining confirmation, and onboarding handover with the HR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; higher experience will be considered for Senior Executive level.
- Hands-on recruitment experience is required; experience in both technical and non-technical hiring will be strongly preferred.
- Experience hiring for technology, product, design, content, marketing, sales, or operations roles will be preferred.
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or 1st Class will be preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, sourcing, screening, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles, follow up with candidates, and maintain hiring timelines professionally.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, recruitment trackers, and basic hiring reports will be preferred.
